Enlighted was commissioned to add LED flame lighting to an updated jacket for a blue version of the Ghost Rider. We created flame-shaped sheer fabric windows with embroidered edges, allowing the backlighting to be mounted inside the clothing and concealed by the lining. The flame effects are achieved with a dense arrangement of RGB LED pixels, covered with a diffusing layer, and animated in a few flickering patterns using blue, aqua, and white light.
