Coat with Horizontal Lighted Stripes

Enlighted was commissioned to light up this coat in 2010. The client provided the military-style base coat, which was already adorned with horizontal bars of fabric on the chest, and epaulettes on the shoulders.

We added white LEDs running down the centers of these bars, and then added white EL wire outlines (which have a pink tint when they are off). The outfit was completed with a set of oversized goggles with a row of white LEDs across the top.

The EL wire and LED portions of the jacket can be lit up at the same time, or separately.
