Hot Feet

Enlighted was commissioned to create several pieces for Hot Feet, a new dance musical set to the sounds of Earth, Wind, and Fire.  It opened in April 2006 at the Hilton Theatre Broadway in New York.

We created lighted red shoes for the show (for the enchanted aspect of the storyline) by mounting miniature red LEDs in a fabric covering that could be attached to the top surface of the shoe.  Spaces between the lights were filled in with rhinestones. 

We also created a cape decorated with animated red EL wire footprints.
