Katy Perry stage props

Enlighted helped to create some lighted stage props for Katy Perry's 2009 tour. 

For her inflatable stage set, we built flexible fabric-based cat eyes that were illuminated with blue LEDs. We also created the lighting for her glowing color-changing mic stand. The overall look of the set and mic stand were designed by tour production company Frank the Plumber. 

Both the eyes and the mic stand included a standard DMX interface, so they could be controlled as part of the professional stage lighting system.

Some of these photos show the inflatables during construction - two sizes of cats (and eyes) were needed to accommodate a range of stage sizes.
