LED Wings

For this costume, a set of pointed fairy (or faerie) wings was decorated with white LEDs. 

The closely-spaced lights on the outer edges of the wings are illuminated with a steady glow, and the lights on the interior part of the wings fade on and off in a random twinkling pattern. 

The lower points of the sheer panels in the skirt were also lit up by individual white LEDs with a slow twinkling pattern.

These wings are covered with pink sequined fabric, and outlined with strings of white LEDs that are illuminated with a steady glowing effect. 

Individual pink LEDs are mounted on the interior part of the wings, and fade on and off in a random twinkling pattern.

A matching bra was decorated with the same pink sequined fabric, and two rows of white LEDs.

These wings were made as part of a tinkerbell costume. They were designed to be pointed at the top, and rounded at the bottom. The edges are outlined with steady-glowing yellow LEDs.
