Enlighted was commissioned to create this color-changing illuminated logo on the back of a windbreaker-style jacket. The lighted areas are created with sheer windows sewn into the fabric, with a layer of RGB LED pixels aligned behind them. A layer of diffusing material helps to provide a more uniform area of light, disguising the LED locations.

The LED controller and battery pack are held in the front pockets of the jacket, and all wiring is concealed within the lining. On/off switches can be mounted on the controller (inside the pocket), or at the lower hem if they need to be accessed without opening the pocket.

The lights are animated in a custom pattern that fades between aqua, blue, and purple in a flowing effect, as shown in the video below.
