Tampa Bay Rays Mascot v2

In 2019, we did an updated version of our previous lighted jersey for Raymond, mascot of the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team.

This version is made with RGB LED pixels, which are able to do more complex animation patterns, including color changing effects. For the lights on the sleeves, we are using a flat type of RGB LED pixel, joined by flexible wires. These areas are covered by a layer of sheer fabric.

For the lights in the logo, we have mounted small 3mm rounded lenses on individual pixels. The pixels and wiring are mounted inside the jersey (and covered by an added lining), and the lenses are protruding through holes.
