Dave's Birthday Shoes 2022

These Enlighted shoes are part of an illuminated outfit we created for a long-time client's birthday celebration, consisting of an LED suit and several accessories. 

The shoes are illuminated by strings of RGB LED pixels covering the surface of each shoe, and concealed by leather shoe covers with holes aligned over each of the pixel locations. The LED controller and battery are held in a zippered compartment at the back of each shoe, and the control switches are mounted in the tongue above the laces.

The lights are animated in a variety of patterns that match the rest of the suit.
